GIFT WRAP PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Loosen topsoil of Garden or Planter to a depth of  3-4 inches to enable roots to grow

Cut gift wrap paper to desired size and place the paper down. Sprinkle  a very light layer of topsoil or over the paper to hold firmly against the wind. Don't cover with more than 1/8 of topsoil so the sprouting plants are able to easily pus up above the top soil. 

When paper and topsoil is in place, soak with a fine mist of water until the paper underneath becomes saturated with water and the paper will appear to melt in the topsoil. 

Keep the patch watered well -- water at least once a day until the plants are well established and grow 3-4 inches high.

BLOOM HEART PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Plant directly into the soil in a pot or in your garden. The dirt should be firmed down after sowing and the seeds should not be more than 1/8 inch deep. Keep moist for 4-6 weeks and ensure 4 hours of sunlight each day in order to germinate properly. The plants can grow as tall as three feet.

1. WHAT IS SUSTAINABLE AND HOW DO YOU ENSURE YOUR PRODUCTS MEET THIS STANDARD?

Maggie Paine logos are printed on garments that are crafted with sustainable materials & processes, including organic & recycled materials, low-impact dyes & water-conserving washes. Maggie Paine also does its best to source garments from companies that adhere to Fair Labor Association guidelines & workplace code of conduct.

2. DO YOU OFFER MENS OR CHILDREN'S CLOTHES?

No not yet, but sure hope to soon!

3. HOW DO YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND ARE RETURNS FREE?

If an item is unused, unworn, unwashed, Maggie Paine will take it back within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that all original tags must be attached in order for the return to be processed.  

And, yes, returns are free. Please email maggie@maggiepaine.com to request a return label and one will be sent to you via email for you to print and place on the parcel. 

4. HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

Maggie Paine is happy to process exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To process an exchange, you may do so by filling out the exchange form on the packing slip included in your order. Please send an email to maggie@maggiepaine.com for any assistance or questions regarding stock. Maggie Paine will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order order unless otherwise noted. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, you will receive a refund.

  • Only one exchange request per item in order
  • Exchanges will only be fulfilled for a new size request of the same item originally purchased

5. HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed once the returned package has been received at our warehouse. You will not get an email notification when your refund is processed. The refund will automatically post to your account. Depending on your bank, refunds may not be posted on your statement for another 2-3 business days.

6. CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE RETURNS BACK TOGETHER?

Yes! You may return items from more than one order together. Please make sure to include each packing slip or a copy of each order confirmation email in the return package.

7. CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER?

 Of course -- please send an email to maggie@maggiepaine.com ASAP. 

8. WHAT IS PREORDER AND WHEN AM I CHARGED?

Preorder items are sold before they are in stock at the Maggie Paine warehouse. You will be charged at the time of purchase for an item purchased on pre-order to reserve the inventory, then you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order ships.

9. WHY DO I SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON MY BANK STATEMENT EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH?

This usually happens when the billing zip code you have entered on your order doesn’t match the billing zip code on the credit card you’re trying to use. As for the pending transaction, some banks will hold your funds for a couple of days but will not validate the charge. These charges usually drop off of your bank account within 1-7 days.

10. HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Maggie Paine strives to send out orders as early as possible. Due to the nature of the small production runs, some orders may take an additional few days. All products are shipped from Annapolis, Maryland via USPS standard ground for a flat rate of $5. Expedite is also available for $15. 

11. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LABELED AS DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:

  • The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home. 
  • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property. 
  • The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been. 
If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please send an email to maggie@maggiepaine.com. 

 

12. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO CANADA?

Unfortunately, no, but perhaps in the future!
